At Royal Paradise Pets, the health and well-being of every puppy is our highest priority. The following summary outlines our responsibilities and the responsibilities of our puppy families.
Before leaving our care, every puppy receives:
Complete veterinary health examination
Age-appropriate vaccinations
Routine deworming treatments
Documented health record
Daily socialization and handling
Proper nutrition and age-appropriate care
Individual monitoring for healthy development
We never knowingly place a puppy that is unhealthy or unfit for placement.
For the protection of both the buyer and the puppy, we require that every puppy be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. This examination confirms your puppy's health status upon entering your home.
If a serious concern is found, notify us immediately and provide written documentation from the examining veterinarian. Failure to complete the exam within the required timeframe may void portions of this guarantee.
Life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly affect quality of life, including:
Serious congenital heart defects
Severe hereditary liver disorders
Significant inherited neurological disorders
Other life-threatening genetic abnormalities confirmed by a licensed veterinarian

Provide routine veterinary care, proper nutrition, a safe environment, and lifelong love and companionship. Our puppies are cherished members of the family — not pets.
All puppies are sold as companion pets only. Buyers agree to spay or neuter at the age recommended by their veterinarian; proof may be requested.
Rarely granted, and only to approved breeders by separate agreement. Additional fees and requirements apply. No buyer may breed without written permission.
If you are ever unable to keep your dog, please return them to us. Our dogs should never be surrendered to a shelter without contacting us first.
$200 Priority Waitlist Deposit secures a position for upcoming litters. $500 Reservation Deposit is required to reserve a specific puppy and is applied to the final purchase price.
Maximum liability under this agreement shall not exceed the original purchase price of the puppy.
Important: This page is a summary of our policies. A detailed Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee will be provided to all approved buyers prior to finalizing adoption.
