As a dedicated Maltese breeder, my priority is placing each puppy in a loving, safe, and well-suited home. This application helps me get to know you and the environment your puppy will be joining, so I can ensure the best possible match.

Will you require a Pet Flight Nanny? If so, please list your closest International Airport in the space provided. Please be sure to review the shipping information provided on our website. We use a Pet Nanny only (no cargo) for our deliveries of our puppies anywhere in the U.S. We are very picky who handles our precious Maltese Puppies, so our Pet Nanny is the best and we have been using him for years. It is a separate fee of $650 and up to ship one puppy from our location to the destination you list here. *

What Happens Next

Your application will be carefully reviewed. If approved, we will schedule a FaceTime or phone call to connect and discuss further details.

After our conversation, you will be notified of your approval status. If you are selected for a puppy, you will receive a copy of the puppy purchase contract to review (no signature required at that time).

Once you have reviewed and agreed to the contract, you may submit your reservation or waitlist fee to secure your spot. Payments can be made via Cash App or Zelle.
